HRBPs fill various roles within an organization. To be an effective and strategic HRBP, you must be eager to learn the ins and outs of the business and the people you support. Your priority is to understand the direction and anticipate the needs of your client group(s). 


Understanding your clients' function(s), priorities, and goals builds trust.  


An HRBP thrives on building relationships with their Centers of Excellence (CoEs) such as Legal, Comp, Finance, Benefits, DE&I, Learning & Development (L&D) and more.
